The basic function of the On-Board Charger (OBC) is to convert the power supply from the AC charging pile into high-voltage direct current to meet the charging requirements of the power battery of electric vehicles. According to its structure,  On-Board Charger (OBC) can be divided into two types: unidirectional and bidirectional. Unidirectional OBC can only charge the battery, while bidirectional OBC can convert the direct current from the battery into alternating current. It has working modes such as vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), vehicle-to-electrical load (V2L), and vehicle-to-power grid (V2G), achieving bidirectional energy flow.
